The Access Microscholarship Program is a two-year, intensive, afterschool English language learning program for talented students sponsored by the Department of State and in Montenegro implemented by the English Language Teachers’ Association of Montenegro (ELTAM). Twenty-one students of the first and second years of high school from Rozaje were selected for the program based on the program requirements.
Over the next two years they will work on improving their English Language skills and gain an appreciation for U.S. culture and democratic values. They will also gain the ability to compete for and participate in future U.S. exchange and study programs. The goal of the program is to empower youth, support diversity and cultural exchange.
