Ambassador Judy Rising Reinke visited two U.S. Humanitarian Assistance (HA) Program projects in Bijelo Polje on December 5, 2019.
The United States European Command HA Program allocated $245,000 to expand the “Tisa” Day Care Center for children with disabilities. The improvements were completed in 2018.

Ambassador Reinke also visited the Small Group Home for Children with Disabilities, which was constructed in 2014 through $485,000 in HA funding.
