On May 6, Ambassador Uyehara gave opening remarks at the 6th annual “To Be Secure (2BS) Forum” in Budva. Ambassador Uyehara praised Montenegro’s efforts toward NATO integration. She encouraged Montenegro to improve public support for NATO and also urged to continue its reforms in the area of rule of law.
