The Embassy of the United States to Montenegro, in cooperation with the Center for Training of the Judiciary and State Prosecution, organized a conference on the use of administrative law in the fight against organized crime and corruption on May 7-8 in Petrovac. This is one in a series of events focused on combining efforts between criminal justice authorities.
These conferences serve as a platform for discussing new approaches for integrated criminal investigations. This practice is modeled on operational teams in the United States that have demonstrated excellent results in the fight against organized crime and corruption.
Ambassador Judy Reinke and President of Administrative Court of Montenegro Branka Lakočević expressed their commitment to ongoing rule of law reforms in Montenegro.
