On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Ambassador Judy Rising Reinke gave opening remarks at the Digital Forensic Center (DFC) 365 2023 conference. The conference, which marks five years of DFC operations, highlighted the project’s achievements and summarized the results of the DFC’s work and impact on the fight against disinformation and negative foreign influence in Montenegro over the past five years.
The Digital Forensic Center is an ongoing project of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro, funded annually by the U.S. Embassy through its Countering Disinformation and Propaganda program. It aims to investigate, counter, and expose malign information influence activities that have the goal of destabilizing democratic processes and institutions in Montenegro.
