Donation to the National Police Academy

On May 26, 2017 ICITAP Senior Police Advisor Frank Herbert presented a donation on behalf of U.S. Embassy Podgorica of a Sony HD Video Camera and eight LG 55′ Flat Screen Monitors to Montenegro’s National Police Academy.  This donation, valued at $10,000, will allow the Police Academy to create high quality training videos which can be viewed at the academy and also distributed to the country’s regional police stations.  The monitors will be installed in the Academy’s classrooms, to allow instructors to better utilize training videos and other presentation materials to benefit police training.
