Our American Corners in Montenegro are spaces where our two cultures can meet.
They have been created thanks to cooperation between local host institutions and the U.S. Department of State. You can find a wealth of materials in English, borrow books, magazines and movies, or research literature in different areas at them. Professional American Corner staff are there to answer your questions and share with you a variety of programs. You can join English language discussion clubs and events led by visiting U.S. scholars or alumni of State Department supported programs. U.S. diplomats, exchange students or local experts often speak on a variety of topics related to U.S. culture or cultural exchange between the U.S. and Montenegro in warm and welcoming premises.
Want to learn more about State Department scholarships or study opportunities in the U.S? Our Corners are the place to go, especially the one in Podgorica which hosts an EducationUSA Advising Center which offers unbiased information about U.S. higher education. Or do you just want to be part of a community, love cultural exchange and networking or seek volunteer opportunities – drop by one of our Corners, there is always something exciting going on. Welcome!
