Currently open:

TechGirls is a STEM focused U.S. government-sponsored program for girls 15-17. Competition for 2023 is OPEN from November 1, 2022 until December 16, 2022!

Global Undergraduate Exchange Program – Global UGRAD will provide a select group of undergraduate students with scholarships for one academic semester of undergraduate, non-degree study in the United States. Competition for 2023-2024 is OPEN until December 15, 2022!

Community Engagement Exchange  is a year-long U.S. government-sponsored program designed to enable civil society leaders, ages 21-28, to harness the power of networks, relationships, and information for the public good, specifically on issues related to civic dialogue and peacebuilding, open and participatory government, women and gender, resilience and sustainable development, and youth engagement. Competition for 2023-2024 is OPEN until November 30, 2022!

Community Solutions Program  is a year-long U.S. government-sponsored professional leadership development program for people who are working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender. The application for the 2023-2024 Community Solutions Program is now CLOSED.

Fulbright program is a flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Government is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.  In Montenegro, the Fulbright program is available for both non-degree and degree scholarships.

YTILI is the U.S. Department of State’s flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs from Europe. The 2022 YTILI Fellowship Application is now CLOSED.

Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellowship – intensive short-term exchange program, created for teenagers to foster relationships among young Europeans and Americans to build strong linkages and awareness of shared values.

FLEX is a U.S. government-sponsored program for secondary school students. Competition for 2023-2024 is CLOSED.
