Embassy Supports Training for Judges and Prosecutors on Terrorism

On May 20, 2022, the U.S. Embassy in cooperation with the Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecution, held a training on “Terrorism, Foreign Fighters, and Participation in Foreign Armed Formations.”

This annual training is organized for Montenegrin judges and prosecutors to expand their knowledge of the subject through presentations on Montenegrin practices, sample cases, and U.S. experience. Braden Schrag, a consultant for the State Department’s Bureau of International Information Programs, presented on the U.S. experience in countering terrorism.

The training was funded by the Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
