Ambassador Reinke joined representatives from 20 U.S. businesses active in Montenegro to formally launch an Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) Country Chapter in Montenegro on April 6, 2022. OSAC is a public-private partnership security network established by the U.S. State Department in 1985 which offers American business security representatives the opportunity to network and share security concerns and best practices.
The Embassy’s Regional Security Officer, Andrew Griffith, will serve as OSAC’s Public Sector Co-Chair, while Nikola Tripkovic, CEO of Coca-Cola, will serve as the Private Sector Co-Chair.
The United States is committed to growing bilateral trade and investment in support of our shared prosperity. To that end, the U.S. Embassy strongly supports a local business climate that is transparent, predictable, and secure.
