The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:
Preventive Maintenance (PM) for Underground Fuel Storage Tank System
The solicitation may result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The scope of work requires the successful Contractor to provide professional PM services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established schedules. Work includes Preventive Maintenance on an Underground Fuel Storage Tank System, including Underground Fuel Piping System, Aboveground Fuel Piping System and Remote Fill Station at the American Embassy Podgorica, Montenegro. A Site Visit will be conducted Mid-April; the exact location, date and time will be provided in the solicitation document.

- DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999). Solicitation and award will be subject to laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being fulfilled utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition is full and open.
