Quotations are due by July 25, 2023, by 16:00 (CEST). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference online, at 10:30h (CEST), on July 06, 2023.
Prospective offerors/quoters should write to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov by 16:00h on July 05, 2023, to receive guidance on the online platform to be used for the conference and to submit questions that they would like to be answered at the pre-quotation conference (please use the form attached).
