The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica intends to establish a purchase order for event organization services to support its INL section in organizing an event in Podgorica (INL Event MAWJ Kick Off September 2023). The requested services entail venue booking and other event organization related services.
If you wish to compete for award of purchase order, please send an e-mail to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov to obtain solicitation documents.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are compliant with the terms of the solicitation. Quotes submitted after the noted deadline and to any other e-mail address will not be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively by email to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov , no later than 15:00h (CEST) on May 26, 2023. Questions will not be accepted after this date.
