Quotations are due by October 30, 2023. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference. The pre-proposal on-line conference will be held on 16 October 2023 at 2 pm. Prospective offerors/quoters should send email to TuzovicS@state.gov by 13 October 2023 COB for additional information and to obtain the details for the online platform which will be available for the online conference.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
