The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica intends to establish a purchase order food services program for U.S. Government in Podgorica, Montenegro, for Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award.

The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are compliant with the terms of the solicitation.
Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing and in English exclusively to via e-mail to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov, no later than Tuesday, January 10, 2023. Questions will not be accepted after this date. Quotes submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
Proposals/Quotations must be submitted by email to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov to the attention of Contracting Officer by January 20, 2023. Quotes submitted after this time and to any other e-mail address will not be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
