The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica intends to establish a purchase order for event organization services to support its INL Section in organizing an event (training) from October 23 through October 25, 2023 (at Montenegrin coast, preferably Budva/Petrovac/Bar).
If you wish to compete for award of a purchase order, please send email to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time, and which are compliant with the terms of the solicitation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Proposals/Quotations must be submitted in electronic format via email only to PodgoricaSolicitations@state.gov by 12 PM local time on August 28, 2023. Quotes submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
