On October 10, 2023, Top Brass, the premier chamber group of the U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Band, performed together with the Montenegro Armed Forces Band in celebration of Montenegro’s Armed Forces Day at Independence Square in Podgorica.
As a highly mobile and versatile unit, Top Brass performs a broad repertoire of classical transcriptions, traditional marches, jazz, and Italian popular classics. In addition to ceremonies, receptions, and public outreach concerts, they also performed educational concerts and clinics for school-age children throughout Europe and Africa. We are happy that a Montenegro audience got the opportunity to enjoy their performance!
