On May 5, 2021, Embassy Law Enforcement Assistance Attaché Steve Monaco and Acting Police Director Zoran Brdjanin spoke with participants of an online seminar focused on the use of strategy to combat transnational organized crime.
The participants represented the National Police Directorate, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Justice. Participants met on a weekly basis with faculty members of the George C. Marshall Center’s Program on Countering Transnational Organized Crime from October 2020 until May 2021.
The seminar was funded by the Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs and was implemented by the George C. Marshall Center and the Department of Justice’s International Criminal Training Assistance Program.
