At the opening of the training series on February 10, 2019, Senior Justice Advisor  Erik Larson said “In a country where almost 90% of Montenegrins think that corruption is widely spread, and over 60% of the population thinks it is impossible to eradicate corruption we need to use all the available tools to fight corruption, including administrative measures, in order to root out the endemic corruption which is slowing Montenegro’s Euro-Atlantic integration.”
