United States Marks International Education Week

The United States Embassy in Podgorica will mark International Education Week (IEW) with a series of events hosted by EducationUSA Center Podgorica November 12-16, 2018.  The IEW is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education created to promote educational exchanges, including programs that attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.

Throughout International Education Week, EducationUSA Center Podgorica, in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Fulbright English Teaching Assistants, will host a series of presentations and web-chats on higher education in the United States.  The agenda will include conversations with U.S. and Montenegrin students; panel discussions with U.S. officials on living and studying in the United States; a presentation about the Global UGRAD scholarship program; and TOEFL and SAT test prep discussions.

Starting November 12, EducationUSA Center Podgorica will also open a new call for the popular Competitive College Club (CCC).  CCC is an intensive advising program that helps excellent high school students become competitive applicants for U.S. colleges.
