Summary: The U.S. Mission in Podgorica, Montenegro is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant (Health Unit/CLO).
The work schedule for this position is:
- full time – 40 hours per week.
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time after the receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications, or their candidacy may end.
Supervisory Position: No
Duties: Serves as the receptionist and administrative assistant for the Embassy Health Unit (HU). Schedules patient appointments, and organizes HU schedules. Manages medical records and other administrative work. Provides financial and travel assistance to the Health Unit. Provides various administrative support to the Community Liaison Office (CLO).
Qualifications and Evaluations
EDUCATION: College or University studies – at least two years of full-time post-secondary studies is required.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Must have at least three years of administrative experience with international organizations, local non-governmental organizations, diplomatic missions or other similar organizations.
KNOWLEDGE: Must be familiar with basic business, office and medical administrative procedures.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required. (This may be tested). Level 4 (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of Montenegrin is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have working knowledge of computers and standard office programs. Must be able to search and find information and resources on the internet.
Qualifications: All applicants under consideration will be required to pass security certifications.
