Summary: The U.S. Mission in Podgorica, Montenegro is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Center Clerk.
The work schedule for this position is:
- full time – 40 hours per week.
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time after the receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Supervisory Position: No
Duties: Serves as an Assistant to the Customer Service Center (CSC) providing customer service and guidance on essential management services and procedures, serves as a Work Order Clerk to receive and respond to Facilities work order requests and coordinates with responsible parties. Serves as backup to the Travel Assistant.
Qualifications and Evaluations
EDUCATION: Two years of college or university studies required.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required.
KNOWLEDGE: General administrative and office procedures. General knowledge of trade skills, building and grounds maintenance operations and terminology. Knowledge of travel arranger procedures.
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required. (This may be tested). Level 4 (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of Montenegrin is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent computer skills. Must have excellent people skills to work tactfully with customers as well as outside contractors, vendors and maintenance staff. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must have problem solving approach and focus on the quick resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications: All applicants under consideration will be required to pass security certifications.
